Shipping: All orders ship via UPS ground or Fed Ex freight/ground unless requested otherwise. Common carrier shipping is available for large orders. Standard lead time is 3 weeks.

Returns: Returns will not be accepted without our prior approval. The customer is responsible for all freight charges on returned product. There is a 30% restocking fee for returned product.

Floor Plans: Rudy Rack offers complimentary floor plan design and quotes, upon request. Prior to order placement, customer must approve and sign floor plan agreement.
